You might:

• Help vendors locate their booths or grab supplies

• Access to the Samhainfest or Mystic Fox Productions Instagram account (we’ll provide)

• A sense of timing and good eye for visual storytelling

This can be paired with another role like Floater. You’ll document live music, demos, market moments, and rituals respectfully.

• Help manage seating or layout before a session

• Light candles, hold time boundaries, or assist with transitions

• Gently guide attendees toward or away from a sacred space

• Help keep the energy focused and flowing

You might:

• Hang garlands, signs, altar cloths, and table décor

• Help create the Dumb Supper space

• Add final touches to vendor and workshop areas

• Assist with any visual installations or cleanup post-event

Perfect for early birds with a good eye and love for creating atmosphere.

You might:

• Help coordinate or assist featured vendors (e.g. Paranormal & Oddities demo, Leandra’s tea ceremony)

• Keep foot traffic flowing smoothly

• Make announcements or direct attendees toward featured happenings

• Support demo presenters as needed with timing, setup, etc.

This is a focused, high-energy hour. Ideal for volunteers who are attentive and proactive.

You might:

• Step in for a volunteer who needs a break

• Support the MC, stage coordinator, or music setup

• Carry supplies, run quick errands, or assist with safety

• Cover our Instagram stories or take photos during the event (if you volunteer for social media support)

This is a great role for adaptive, reliable volunteers who don’t mind doing a bit of everything.
