Event Details
Event Name: Samhain Festival
Event Date: October 31st and November 1st, 2026
Event Location: Harmers Town Art Center
Event Organizer: Seeking Numina
Vendor Eligibility
All vendors must provide products, services, or experiences that align with the spirit of the Samhain Festival.
The Festival reserves the right to deny or remove any vendor whose products, conduct, or display are deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
Fees & Payment
Vendor fees are $250 per booth for two days or $150 per booth for one day.
All fees are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers.
No vendor may occupy a booth without confirmed payment.
Vendor Booth & Setup
Standard booth space is 10' x 10'. Additional space may be requested for an added fee.
Vendors must provide their own tables, tents, and display materials unless otherwise arranged.
Set-up times and instructions will be sent at least 3 days prior to the event.
Vendors must be fully set up by the start of the event and remain for the entire duration. Early breakdown is not permitted.
Permits, Licenses & Insurance
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses, and insurance required to operate, sell, or serve food and beverages.
Food vendors must comply with all local health regulations.
The Samhain Festival and its organizers assume no responsibility for accidents, theft, or damage to vendor property.
Cancellations & Refunds
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations.
Liability & Hold Harmless
Vendors agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Samhain Festival, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation.
Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to the venue or other vendors.
Code of Conduct
Vendors agree to maintain a respectful and positive presence during the event.
Aggressive sales tactics, disruptive behavior, or discriminatory actions will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.
Photo & Media Release
Vendors grant permission for the Festival to use photos, video, or recordings of their booth and products for promotional purposes without compensation.
