Sponsor applications are reviewed for alignment with Samhainfest’s spirit and values
Contributions may be monetary or in-kind (services, printing, food, materials, etc.)
Sponsors must submit promotional materials and logo assets by September 1st, 2026 to be included in printed materials and signage
Payment or sponsorship agreement is due within 7 days of approval

Artist, speaker, and performer stipends
Creation of a vibrant, immersive, and inclusive magical experience
Donate a portion of proceeds to a local bat wildlife preservation initiative, honoring Samhain’s connection to the unseen and the creatures of the night
