These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Samhainfest Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying as an affiliate, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following:
Enrollment
To join the Program, you must complete the affiliate signup form.
Acceptance into the Program is at the sole discretion of the Samhainfest team.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for any reason.
Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate tracking link through Kartra.
You may use this link on your website, social media, email newsletter, or other approved platforms.
You may not promote Samhainfest through:
Paid ads using the “Samhainfest” brand name (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading promotions.
Any offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
Commissions
Affiliates will earn a 20% commission for each valid sale of Samhainfest tickets made through their unique affiliate link.
Commissions are calculated on the ticket price only (excluding taxes and fees).
Payment Schedule
Payments are made via PayPal to the email address provided at signup.
All payouts are made on a delayed schedule of 14 days after the event to account for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.
Minimum payout threshold: $25. If your commission is under this amount, it will roll over to the next payment cycle.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Samhainfest tickets are non-refundable. Once a ticket is sold, it is considered final.
In the rare case of a chargeback or invalid payment, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your earnings.
Affiliate Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your affiliate link is used correctly.
You are responsible for your own taxes on affiliate earnings.
Affiliates are considered independent contractors and not employees of Samhainfest.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time if you:
Violate these terms
Engage in unethical or illegal marketing practices
Harm the reputation of Samhainfest
Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
Samhainfest is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or system errors affecting tracking.
We make every effort to ensure accurate tracking, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime of affiliate systems.
Modification of Terms
Samhainfest may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email.
Agreement
By checking the box on the affiliate signup form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
